Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves our guests.

Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival Thai style, (Sawdee ka/Krab)
Give out a children’s menu, coloring sheets and crayons as necessary, and water when possible.
Answer phones with a warm friendly greeting.
Check for reservations.
Use the Yelp guest manager app on the tablet once the dining room is full.
Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
Take To-Go orders and input into the POS system, accurately take payments in POS.
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
Seat guests based on floor needs and balancing of customer flow in service areas.
Maintain a clean entry way with sweeping, cleaning of glass doors and windows and moping daily.
Making sure prior to seating guests that tables are clean, properly set and have clean floors always.
Upon seating, let your guest know that their server will be with them shortly.
Replenish candies, toothpicks, straws, plastic togo utensils, toilet paper, paper towels in restrooms.
Wipe down menus daily and replace any soiled ones with new ones.. MAY 2025
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

No previous restaurant experience required.
Must have Mast/Health permits
Able to move tables and chairs around with ease.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to plan in advance seating arrangements for guests.
Be able to handle stressful situations
Must have exceptional grooming habits.
Have great customer service skills.
Must have a Washington State Food Handlers Card
